Turf & Topsoil Delivery Info

Our turf is delivered nationwide through a reliable haulage network, with depots located across the UK. Hundreds of orders each week are despatched to ensure fast and efficient delivery wherever you are in the country.

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose your preferred delivery date.

We deliver Tuesday to Friday as standard, with Saturday delivery available for a £30 surcharge.

We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays. For next working day delivery at no extra cost, simply place your order before 2pm.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm. If you need a more specific slot, you can choose a ‘Pre-1pm’ or ‘Afternoon’ delivery for an additional £25.

All products are delivered on pallets using a tail-lift lorry and manual pallet trolley.

The pallet is lowered at the rear of the vehicle and moved to the kerbside in front of your property.

If your drive is flat and made of concrete or tarmac, the driver may be able to move the pallet further onto your property at their discretion.

Please note we do not use crane (hiab) vehicles—so we cannot lift goods over fences, walls, or onto uneven or soft ground. We can only deliver to flat, hard-standing surfaces such as concrete or tarmac. We cannot deliver onto gravel, grass, soft ground, or sloping areas.

Our standard delivery vehicle is an 18-tonne lorry.

If access is tight, we can request a smaller 7.5-tonne vehicle for smaller orders—though this cannot be guaranteed.

If you’re unsure about access or have any questions, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team on 01695 422 144.

Unfortunately every now and then for reasons beyond our control a delivery may not arrive in the allotted delivery time window.

Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team on 01695 422 144 to discuss your delivery and we’ll try our best to assist.
